Not up-to-date man documentation

Would be really nice to update the official exa's man documentation to the latest version (v0.10.1 as of now).

Currently the latest man documentation is v0.9.0: https://github.com/ogham/exa/blob/master/man/exa.1.md

Same story on the official online documentation page.

For example it has no mentioning about such a nice command line option as --octal-permissions, maybe something else is not up-to-date.
