print the used nameserver

It would be cool if dog shows the used nameserver to query.

If a nameserver is specified, it is clear of course.

But especially if no nameserver is specified, it would be helpful to know which nameserver was chosen. dig also shows this info.

I can see this feature being useful. #63 is also output-related.

I've just now discovered dog and it's a pretty neat tool, but the inability to see who was the resolver is the only limitation to switching away from dig and its ugly output.

Also, very useful in cases where you query multiple nameservers, per-line so you can see which nameserver returned each result:

> dog @1.1.1.1 @134.195.4.2 A google.com
A google.com. 3m41s   142.250.181.238
A google.com. 4m36s   172.217.168.206
