Add style-specific ligature glyphs

The pre-release version of Consolig uses the same weight/style ligature glyphs (regular) on all weight/style TTF outputs. Style-specific ligature glyphs need to be created for bold, italic, and bold-italic styles.

This is still needed. Revised the whole font, but to save time, it still only uses one style.
