Reach feature parity with FiraCode

As mentioned in #1 , there are a handful of ligature glyphs that appear in Ligaturized Consolas (Fira Code) that are not available in Consolig. We need to add those glyphs and the associated substitution logic.

Yes, please do that!

This font is really cool. Consolas Ligaturized messes up the ligatures; they don't look like they fit in. Consolig is simply perfect!

There's no motivator quite like flattery (jk, jk lol). This is hot on my radar for sure. I am going to give some love to Consolig once I get to a stopping point in the project I'm currently on. Thank you for the feedback! 🙂

This is pretty much exactly what v0.5 is trying to do. We are now at feature-parity with FiraCode (with the exception of Powerline and math, but those are on the radar). Have a look and I'll have more in the future on the extended features.

I've revised this issue to represent the remaining work to get Consoling matching the features offered in FiraCode.
