I am very interesting in werobot。some question such as，

1、If I use werobot in my local machine，Do I need setup up a local web server？ which tools？

2、if I use the web server in my home，that means web server behind a rounter，so I use DDNS for translating public URL into local IP and port，does it run OK?

3、as above，how can I use the example code？
