Customize cards title and description

Ideascube welcome page cards title and description come directly from the openZIM YAML/Ideascube dedicated catalogue. Like we can see here https://github.com/openzim/wikifundi/issues/84 users might want to be able to customize them. It would be great to have a way to do that in Kiwix hotspot.
