No it does not since you will be using the ember-changeset API to see the error messages.

They are working on a similar syntax for attribute status(https://github.com/DockYard/ember-changeset/issues/48), now i different error.

When using ds-error, the changeset errors isn't updated. So the model it self has the error but changeset is still valid
