• Remove crda restrictions from the kernel
• Remove crda restrictions from ath9k_htc drivers
• Add transmit power parameter and medium access parameters to ath9k_htc driver module
• Add transmit power paremeter to rt2800usb driver module
• Changed VCO calibration interval to 3 minutes for rt2800usb driver (default 10s causes packetloss every 10s because the wifi chip goes "offline" while doing VCO calibration)
