@lucaswo currently has some R code to calculate this. It should be incorporated... somehow?

We are interested in short time forecasts. How was this feature intended to be implemented? Does it require longterm history? Must it be supplied by the remote system or can this be calculated from last n minutes by ParkAPI server itself?

Most remote systems don't have anything besides current data. I think all we'd need for a short "tendency" forecast is the last hour of data or so.

Also, for those remote systems that do have it, I'm not sure if it's worth the effort to copy that.
