Pro Controller analogue thumbsticks may fail to calibrate on Windows over BT

Thumbstick axes may report out of range in DInput. Issue can be adressed by manually recalibrating with the Windows game controller dialog.

This is apparently a Windows driver issue as it does not present on web (where the device is accessed directly over HID) when tested within the same pairing context

Not sure how or why but this problem disappeared for me along with #440 after rolling back some Windows 10 Update changes. Originally reported by another user on Discord.
