double-conversion/3.3.0 doesn't build with CMake 4.0 too. A [fix](https://github.com/google/double-conversion/pull/240) has been merged, but no new release yet.
md4c/0.4.8 doesn't build, but is required as Qt6 dependency.
Sounds good! There are some Google APIs listed [here](https://github.com/readest/readest/blob/main/ops/flake.nix#L54), but those are used in the dev environment only, but not the actual binary!?

Indeed, that's the same as I have seen. But if you switch theme (combo box right lower corner) it still looks the same.
We can also remove the theme selection. It just shouldn't be a broken feature.
Thanks for your suggestion. Do you know the license of com.google.mlkit:text-recognition? I can't find it.
Under license it lists _ML Kit Terms of Service_ which sounds like a proprietary / non-FOSS license.
