You can not use "Apps Cleaner" without purchasing pro version. its a freemium app. So, why this app listed here?

🤷🏽‍♂️ Because it's foss. F in foss stands for freedom not free of cost see https://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw.html and article by Stallman GPL has no restriction on commercial usage https://www.gnu.org/philosophy/selling.html

All the source code are provided and you can modify, compile, redistribute as you prefer. They don't even enforce the pro version to IzzyOnDroid/F-Droid users by choice. https://github.com/d4rken-org/sdmaid-se/discussions/536

There are few other apps listed here as well, that requires purchasing premium/pro version.
