What is the idea behind moving your crosshair to the head

For example, if an enemy's head is detected in the 96x96 box, how could you move your crosshair to the head.

If an opponent in the 96x96 FOV. Your mouse will pull to it's head automatically.

Your mouse raw input needs to be disabled. Did you follow the the instructions?
