Bug: cannot block sites in Firefox

How do I add a site to the blocklist in the Firefox extension? I seem to be missing the button? @ofekmiz

Here are my settings / configurations:

Timer

Habitica

Blocker

Tried the following, but to no avail:

• Checking for updates
• Disabling and enabling
• Reinstalling

Information about my setup:

• Extension: version 6.1.2
• Browser: Firefox, version 104.0 (64-bit)
  • Using containerized tabs, if that matters
• OS: Windows 10 and macOS

Untick 'hide edit options'. I did that and the button appeared immediately. Looks like it's still hidden even without a pomodoro running.

Ah, yes, the Block Site! button now appears when I deselect this option. Thanks!

It seems like this is intentional behaviour though. This setting hides the button to "lower the temptation of removing a blocked website during a work session". I had this option selected because I like this idea.

For users who want this option, how are they able to block a new site while the button is hidden? @ofekmiz

Hi :) The idea behind this feature is that you can't edit (add or remove new sites) so you won't be tempted to remove or lower site cost. You should check this option after you are done editing the list. It actually just adds a barrier (many clicks instead of one).

Perhaps I should leave just the option to block since you can't be tempted to block more sites 😆

Thanks for your response. Feel free to close this issue if you think no further action is warranted. I am unblocked and know how to use the tool now :)
