Update dnet on PyPi to make this fork installable via pip

The current module on PyPi is the old python2-only version. It would be fantastic if this fork could get merged/blessed as the new upstream dnet. If that isn't possible perhaps putting it up as dnet-python3 or similar would be better than nothing.

@simeonmiteff You're right. I should have done that. So, many thanks for opening this issue, so I don't forget about it any more. However, I cannot promise when I can take care about it.

I see the downstream bug is solved and also in v1.16.2 this is solved now. Hence, closing this issue. Should you feel like it's not completely solved for you yet, please don't hesitate to reopen.
