add the tutorial to the readme file

I don't think this warrants a pull request - just a suggestion to add:

http://www.openframeworks.cc/tutorials/introduction/002_projectGenerator.html

to your readme.md file.

After downloaded the main iOS zip from the openframeworks site, I jumped down to the project generator folder but I didn't find the readme.html and readme.md that helpful until I read that tutorial above - it's the big key for a first time user and I had to google around until I found that gold.

I actually discovered this project after just reading Jonathan Beilin's Intro to Openframeworks article in this month Game Developer Magazine. He's obviously an expert and glossed over the first few steps but the rest of the article is great to get your wet feet.
