Windows 64bit support, fixed shutdown crash

Reworked example project:

  • added support for windows 64bit
  • shutdown is working on windows without crash

Added ofxCef/libs/CEF/ofxCEF-README.txt to describe project setup for Visual Studio 2015

also added some stuff to the gitignores (generated files from Visual Studio)
