Add some scripts to auto-generate schema from spec.

As mentioned in https://github.com/oeuillot/node-matroska/issues/10#issuecomment-1569439734, this is an hastily-written example for autogenerating a schema from the spec at the source of truth, ebml_matroska.xml.
