MRTG reference page structure malformed

https://oss.oetiker.ch/mrtg/doc/mrtg-reference.en.html has some odd problems (and has done for years).

The

element is completely borked. <p>Most if not all the headings are missing their id properties, so the table of contents links do not go anywhere.</p> <p>The page begins with a huge block of giant grey boxes (NAME, OVERVIEW, SYNTAX etc), none of which actually does anything.</p> <p>Also the page now ends:</p> <blockquote> Hey! The above document had some coding errors, which are explained below: <p>Around line 547:</p> <pre><code>'=item' outside of any '=over' </code></pre> </blockquote>
