[Feature] geoip2 for nginx

Hi,

as the databases for the geoip module will be removed by January 1 2019 (https://support.maxmind.com/geolite-legacy-discontinuation-notice/) it would be nice to see https://github.com/leev/ngx_http_geoip2_module integrated in the nginx package. I already build a package with this module added as dynamic module based on the official nginx source code. If you like I can generate a diff for your sources and sent it to you.

Is that already on your roadmap?

Bump for this because geoip module is useless now with the databases discontinued and removed.
