`php-memcached` and some of its build dependencies are still resisting on bookworm arm64 and armhf, but I am almost there.

I think this is resolved now.

@person1534 you are pasting output of amd64 into arm64 bug... what's your point exactly?

You didn’t have to close the issue, but I need to hear from people running servers, what are the safe options to add.
