Convering Ontopanel library

The concepts that are created in diagrams.net using "Ontopanel plugin"(https://yuechenbam.github.io/) are not recognized via Chowlk Converter.

Hello @hosseinbege could you specify a bit more? In principle ontopanel template is an extension of chowlk template.
