Install Error bios:143: Too long without yielding

I get that error message every time I download on an Advanced Computer. I use the command line pastebin run E1xftzLa and have even tried pastebin get E1xftzLa installer. I am on MC 1.7.10 and using Computercraft version 1.65. I have tried other programs but this is the best there is. 2014-12-15_18 43 41
