Consider using symlinks instead of removing-and-copying the theme

i double-checked that manually and it seems to work, however the problem still remains that the theme could be applied only after application restart (unlike gtk2, 3 and bare gtk4 without this lame libadwaita, which was re-applying the theme real-time when using a settings manager like xsettingsd)
