Sometimes I need to create an image where its a single image that will be needed for use on TV, mobile and desktop. All in one, just like the new Youtube channel template: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2972003?hl=da

Will it be possible to use such kind of visual information to users, so they know that maybe a persons head needs to be in the middle, but the image still needs to be workable in another size?
