Wrong positioning in Bootstrap modal window

If you have the image in a Bootstrap modal window the crop area positioning gets "fixed" positioning and goes to the top of the window.

It happens in line 674, where is checking the positioning of their parents. Because the modal is position: fixed, it gets position fixed too.

Commenting those 2 lines make it work
