Corrupt undeletable file created upon generating json without an extension

I clicked export without giving a file extension for the json array. It exported into the file without an extension in the screenshot. It originally had the same name as the folder above. Before renaming this it gave the error "The directory is not empty" when trying to delete the file. After renaming the folder it gives the above error. "Could not find this item".

I've tried several ways to delete this file including a full error scan of the disk force deleting through command prompt and deleting parent folders, all of which didn't work. It seems the drive will need a full format because of this but I won't be able to do this for a while as there's a lot of data on there I'll need to find a temporary home for.
