Story doesn't account for wraith king's reincarnation

For example in here in many teamfights it reports that wraith king was 'traded' in a teamfight, resulting in him dying significantly more in the story than just the 5 times he actually died. The only logical explanation I can come up with is that it treats dying and triggering reincarnation as a 'trade', though I haven't confirmed that.

Unfortunately the combat log doesn't distinguish between aegis/reincarnation deaths.
