We get that image from Valve actually and it's been outdated since 2015

We can fix this using the dotaconstants repository. I will make a PR for this one.

Making this a generic issue for outdated images. IIRC one of the arc warden ones is also outdated, maybe whoever wants to fix this can do that one too.
