[Add] modular_type: Modular_type module added (WIP)

-> added the modular type field for the product where the modular type can be assigned to the product. -> at the sales order creation if the product has modular type than the flask button will be visible which will allow to add the value for the modular type. -> after the adding of the value for the modular type the BOM is created in that the modular type component quantity will get multiplied by the quantity and will be displayed on the BOM.
