[ADD] salesperson_in_pos: adding salesperson button in POS

  • In this PR, the pos.order model was inherited to enable the use of the custom app point_of_sale module within the form and list views of POS orders.
  • Also a salesperson button was added to the POS dashboard to allow quick access and better user interaction with salesperson-related functionalities.
