[IMP] account: narration below tax widget and qrcode
The aim of this commit is to avoid having the narration field to be displayed next to the widget tax getting some of its text line break next to the widget and not below it.

Maybe linking some pics before/after would be nice to see the changes and what is expected according to you

It might be interesting to ask a PO what they want to have for this: Do we want the conditions to be next the tax stuff or not? We might also want the payment terms to be at the bottom of the box (But before the QR code if there is one.)
The second pdf looks a bit sad because the "Hello William" ends up on a second page.

But this is more likely to go on a second page if you have a shorter terms and conditions, which we don't want either.
In the end, I think it is something to be customized by the end users depending on the needs.
