[IMP] hr_attendance : fixing and improving of attendance onboarding

Some texts are changed to be more comprehensible. The mobile view was reworked to avoid broken onboarding view.

  • merge to merge directly, using the PR as merge commit message
  • rebase-merge to rebase and merge, using the PR as merge commit message
  • rebase-ff to rebase and fast-forward
