[IMP] project: improve project sharing form view

[kcv-odoo]

This commit improve project sharing project task form view.

• Add statusbar_duration in project sharing status bar to display time spent in specific stage
• Add subtask count in task name in project sharing subtask and blockby task page to be consistant and display more info to portal user.
• Display deadline field for close task in project sharing to be consistant.
• Add placeholder for description field.
• Display close tasks muted in subtask and blockby task page.
