[FIX] board: dashboard darkmode

Steps to reproduce:

  • add elements to dashboard
  • enter dashboard and enable darkmode

Bug: titles are unreadable because background is white

Fix: remove CSS property

hi @anso-odoo can you please take a look at this similar PR too https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/109365 that one seems better to me without adding the "bg-view" to the xml
