[IMP] account: add payment term with early payment discount to demo data

Hello @jco-odoo intended behaviour, you'll see the payment has registered the payment of the full invoice but did register a write-off for the discount amount : https://19575601-16-0-all.runbot29.odoo.com/web#id=155&cids=1&menu_id=632&active_id=1&model=account.move&view_type=form
The fact that it is "in payment" is normal, you need to reconcile that with a statement for it to be marked as paid.
