[IMP] survey: mail modal

Purpose

Simplifying the mail modal used to share surveys: we are hiding all the mailing options behind a toggle for public surveys.

This enables less cluttering of the modal if the user doesn't need to share a survey via email.

Specifications

• We simplified the modal, you can hide all the parameters for the template creation via a toggle if you want less clutter

• The dynamic values are displayed as computed in the modal for the subject
