[FIX] filter menu: truncate long filter values

Description

Long values in the filter menu were not truncated, causing layout issues. There was a text-truncate class, but it was added to the <label> element instead of the <span> containing the text.

@hokolomopo this should probably target sas-18.2, the truncate issue seems to stem in https://github.com/odoo/o-spreadsheet/pull/5287 which was aded in saas-18.2, and I could reproduce the bug in 18.2 as well
