[IMP] charts: allow to invert columns/rows

This task add the possibility for the user to invert the columns and rows of a chart dataset.

Actually, the term "switchAxis" is misleading, while reviewing I ended up confusing the feature (considering the dataset as column/rows) with the idea of "flipping" the axis, so an "symétrie orthogonale". Maybe an explicit dimension?
