[IMP] Chart: Few improvements

Description:

This commit introduces new features that enhances user experience. Now,

• User can plot a chart on the basis of string occurences.
• When user hovers over a legend item, the corresponding pie data segment will be highlighted.
• Similarly, when user hovers over a pie segment, its corresponding legend counterpart will also be highlighted for better data visualization.
