[IMP] Formatting: Change 'copy formatting' cursor

Task Description

When copying the formatting of a cell to another with the "roller" button, the cursor of the mouse change. Currently, it look like a brush, which is more similar to the icon of the 'Conditionnal formatting' menu item than of the 'paint format' tool. This PR aims to change it to get a more logical cursor.

is there a task linked to this, so we could run it through our PO?

I have the impression (just from a quick look) that the cursor icon is different than the one of the menu button and my OCD kicks in (HARD!!! just kidding) I wonder if it would be simpler to apply a small rotation to the menu icon svg?
