[FIX] outlook: show a warning message for Internet Explorer users

Purpose

The addin use some feature not supported by Internet Explorer. Show a warning message for those users instead of an infinite load.

@tde-banana-odoo We still need it, but it look like the fix is not enough (see https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/31444538?key=b742a7fddf375b1800ce0c8cb4e3e49f )

I followed the link they gave us, but there's still an issue for them (so we should ask the exact user-agent) so we need more information about it...

So in short, keep it open but do not merge it yet
