documentation [IMP] sales: adding global discount info

This PR (based on the most recent release notes and a request from VPD) focuses on global discounts, and how Odoo 17 now provides a discount button at the bottom of a sales order.

This PR also discusses what happens when that new Discount button is clicked, and the options that become available, via the Discount pop-up window that appears.

New supplemental screenshots are being added, as well.

The aforementioned changes are being applied to the current Sales > Sales > Products_Prices > Prices > Pricing documentation
