[Feedback] Config file documentation

There is already a config paragraph in the CLI doc which is sufficient and up to date. But I found this doc and I find it really helpful as it can be easy to go through without all the deep explanations (the odoo-bin --help could be enough though).

Discussed about this with VFE, it is mostly a nice to have. But at least you have a feedback and customers could comment on this to give their feedback too.
