[IMP] payroll: added needed module info
Adding info to ensure the needed module is installed in order to access Contract Templates. Original request from this task.
This specific PR is on this task card, as the 17.0 documenttion needs the module specified in the Config doc (this on) and the contracts doc. The contract templates were not part of the configuration menu till 17.0 - previously it was in the Recruitment app.

Hi @ksc-odoo - this doc is ready for a first round review! Just an FYI, I only added an important block to the template section (under contracts). I was just adding some missing, critical information.
