This is ready for another look @ksc-odoo! Thank you as always for a thoughtful and thorough review. I think it' smuch stronger now. I did all the requested changes, and explained anything you left questions on. I ended up eliminating the instructions in the 'modiyng templates' seciton, since it was already in the main payroll doc and linked to it instead. I also added more anchors to send the reader to relevant places, and I reorganized the form sections, and added the sub sections as requested. I also double/triple checked any discrepencies in several runots to make sure everything was correct. So it's good to go for you!
