I have read this document: https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/13.0/accounting/fiscality/taxes/retention.html, but it's mostly about withholding tax on sales. Could you please add documents to show how to handle the withholding income tax on salary of employee?

Thank you for your request. Is your request about the app Odoo Payroll, to manage your employee salaries or a way to include this in Accounting? it is a bit unclear to me.
