Changed out-of-date function and updated doc/changed grammar. V14 and V15 (pictures not up-to-date but flow works)

@Donapi Last time we discussed, the issue was I couldn't have access to the TaxCloud account, and therefore couldn't update the first screenshot. That's no longer an issue.

Could you please a (final) look at the PR? Thanks :)
