[IMP] email: clarify domain formatting for dkim config

  • clarified formatting examples for dkim cname configuration
  • separated dkim into subsections for clarity & to avoid excessive callouts
  • see documentation task card

other:

  • added two lines that were different from 18.0/19.0
  • this PR changes the dkim section only; full article refresh planned for future task
