documentation [FW][FIX] Appraisals: removed unused images

When I published the update for appraisals (PR https://github.com/odoo/documentation/pull/13141) and Sam asked me to remove the images, I did, but they didn't get pushed up (I didn't read that the push didn't go through!) This is just a quick fix PR to remove the 2 unused images - no point value for this.
